Courage Home

The Courage to Seek Healing

Courage Home provides an intentionally small, relationship-centered environment for residents, ages 13-18, designed to foster safety, belonging, and growth. Under His Wings ensures each participant is truly seen, supported, and guided with intention and dignity.

Residents receive:

* Trauma-informed relational care (TBRI)

* Individual and group counseling

* Educational support and tutoring

* Personal and professional development

* Discipleship and spiritual formation

Since opening, Courage Home has served over 60 young ladies. Many continue to maintain a relationship with caregivers and the team.

Once

Once a young lady graduates from Courage Home, she's still part of our Under His Wings family. We've been blessed to witness residents graduate high school, enter college, be awarded scholarships, join the military, and begin their professional careers! We've attended baby showers, weddings, and graduation ceremonies. Some have married and started their own families!

Through our Alumnae League, residents form community with each other with monthly video calls, meet-and-greets at events, sharing stories on podcast episodes, and more! Our desire is to create a sense of strong community with our residents. We desire to be a force of stability in their life.

We've also been blessed to receive back from the graduates. From bringing their college team to provide community service to becoming donors themselves, this mission continues to pour into generations.

Support to Independance

One vision to expand our ministry includes serving young women (ages 19-23) by offering them the same love, support, and guidance provided to our younger residents. These are women who are ready to step into the next phase of life but find themselves without access to support or guidance due to  family dynamics, aging out of foster care, and other obstacles to success.

Listen in Love Podcast

Where Faith Meets Mental Wellness

Under His Wings brings nearly 20 years of trauma-informed care to the mic. Merging biblical truth with real psychological tools, join the conversation for honest thoughts, expert insights, and hope-filled encouragement for a holier, happier life.

Our unique approach bridges a generational divide. Upcoming younger generations are boldly talking about mental health, and rightly so. While their voices are passionate, aware, and deeply honest, the guidance, support, and understanding of older generations grants insight into the resilience, grit, and perseverance which secures success in life.

Listen In Love seeks to bring you encouragement for a life that's not just happier, but holier.
